Only 4 km from the alpine town of Kitzbuehel, with its special flair, set in 5000 m² park, adjacent to the forest with impressive panoramic views!

You have the choice:

Whether our stylish rooms, fully equipped vacation homes and vacation homes in Tyrol's log cabin-style:
Everything is equipped with attention to details, with bright and solid wood furnishing and parquet (for allergies), in warm colors and individually decorated. We ask our guests to smoke only outside.
After a hearty breakfast buffet (for apartments and houses to be booked too), start in the ski arena of the Kitzbuehel Alps - about 1067 km piste pleasure and 250 km trail network, to the gondola and ski school it is only about 1500 m (the ski bus is free). 580 km classic and skating trails make your heart beat faster.
After skiing: enjoy 3 hours per day free admission to the Panorama Badewelt (indoor and outdoor pool)!
Back at the hotel, you help yourself to coffee and tea (free) at the crackling fire, while your children
play in our game room and large game room.

By now, you can retrieve your messages via WLAN (6 hours free per day).
Visit the early evening our nice spa and after an excellent dinner in a restaurant the famous Kitzbühel Nightlife is waiting for you!

End the day at the open fire with a glass of red wine, and who is a literary friend, gets to a book from our extensive library of 400 books.
